Advocate Gulbaz Mushtaq is a practitioner of law and partner at Just & Right Law Firm, with experience handling civil, criminal, corporate & commercial matters. As President of BSF, he leads strategic oversight and supports the company’s mission to empower young entrepreneurs across Pakistan. He also participates in public forums and events promoting entrepreneurship, youth empowerment, and business development.

HR Manager, Big Success Family (BSF)
With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Areeba Abbasi brings a strong understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics to her role as HR Manager. She oversees recruitment, employee relations, and HR development across BSF and its Global IT, Tech & Marketing chain. Her focus is on building a supportive, structured, and people-centered workplace that aligns with BSF’s mission of empowering future leaders and entrepreneurs.
