Mr. Sajjad Hussain, a Pakistani national, is the Founder and Chairman of the Global Property Development Company “SHINS”. Having a graduation in Business Management and specialization in Feasibility and Strategic Planning, he started his career with the Saigol Group (Regent Group), where his family has enjoyed a relationship of trust and respect for three generations.
Mr. Sajjad Hussain was also one of the pioneers of the property market expansion in Dubai and Ajman, UAE. In the years 2006–07, he identified market opportunities and established SHINS in the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. The company has now become one of the largest property development companies in the Middle East.
The opening of SHINS’ first Escrow Account in Ajman’s history—at a time when there was no regulatory authority “ARRA” for the SHINS Gulf Palace project—proves the skills and professionalism of Mr. Sajjad Hussain. SHINS delivered something different, offering the highest level of security in the international market, where hundreds of well-reputed international developers were competing. Opening this first Escrow Account set a trend in the industry by providing security against all threats. SHINS also achieved the Best Project Award for this project.
